He was honored to serve as the exclusive listing broker for the Johnny Depp Collection at the Eastern Columbia building in Downtown LA, successfully selling all five residences while generating over 1 billion marketing impressions through his team’s efforts. Additionally, he was chosen by one of America’s leading business professionals to represent the Bob Hope Estate in Toluca Lake, CA. In March 2023, Kevin and his team sold this iconic property for $26 million, setting a record as the highest sale ever in Toluca Lake and ranking among the top three sales in the San Fernando Valley. Most recently, in October 2024, he achieved another milestone by selling the most expensive estate in the exclusive Fryman Canyon enclave of Studio City, formerly owned by actor George Clooney, for $14.5 million.
